Our vision is simple, "neighbours helping neighbours", particularly individuals and families who may be socially disadvantaged.

We do this by pooling talents to connect our community. That is, LCCT develops relationships with a large base of people who have various talents, skills and interests, who can lend their support and problem-solving skills.

When a need arises, we call on our contacts to help fulfill the need. We act as the connector between the need request and the person(s) who can meet the need.

WHAT DOES LCCT PROVIDE?

• We help recipients problem solve
• We meet recipient needs by providing the appropriate "neighbour" links
• We provide recipients with the appropriate information and referrals
| to community resources
• We provide recipients with essential resources and/or items

WHO CAN LCCT HELP?

• Residents living in or moving into the Lakeshore Corridor area
• Those who are feeling socially isolated and don't know where to turn
• Those who are finding it difficult to make ends meet and cannot afford
| an important resource or item for themselves or their child(ren)
