- We meet recipient needs by providing the appropriate "neighbour" links
- We provide recipients with the appropriate information and referrals to community resources
- We provide recipients with essential resources and/or items

| Who can LCCT help? - Residents living in or moving into the Lakeshore Corridor area
- Those who are feeling socially isolated and don't know where to turn
- Those who are finding it difficult to make ends meet and cannot afford an important resource or item for themselves or their children
